The jaw crusher features the latest improvements such as wedge release jaw faces and fully hydraulic wedge jaw crusher setting. The tail of the product conveyor lowers for operation, maximizing clearance under the jaw crusher. The conveyor discharge height adjusts to reduce material impact on the receiving conveyor. The Terex® MPS WJ3042 is a high performance and aggressive wheeled jaw crusher plant. The Terex® MPS WC1150S Cone-Screen plant is a high performance, medium sized wheeled crushing-screening system. At the heart of the plant is the TC1150 cone crusher with hydraulic setting, tramp release & unblocking system. Its unique crushing action provides excellent capacity, high reduction & good product cubicity for the production of high quality aggregate & sub-base materials. Onboard screen allows for sizing product from a single plant. A level sensor over the cone crusher regulates the feed to ensure the cone chamber is choke fed, essential for maximum reduction, manganese life & optimal product shape. Plants comes with added features for simple and easy installation of the plant.

The Cedarapids® CRC1150 cone plant delivers big production at an affordable price. The highly mobile plant features the TC1150 cone crusher that utilizes high efficiency roller bearings and boasts several notable advancements that enhance performance and functionality. Key features include automated cone controls and larger closed side settings. The crusher is powered by a 300 hp (225kW) motor and drive, all mounted on a rubber isolated frame. The plant includes an oversize cone feed hopper extension with overflow chute, “straight-line” undercrusher conveyor, metal detector, and service platforms. Easy maintenance features include conveniently located grease banks and a ground access cone lubrication module.

The CRC1150S cone plant delivers big capacity features in an economical highly portable plant. The highly mobile plant combines a modern TC1150 300 HP Cone crusher with the highly efficient LJ-TSV 6x20 3 deck screen. This New 300 HP cone utilizes high efficiency roller bearings and boasts several notable advancements that enhance performance and functionality. New key features include automated cone controls and larger closed side settings and is rubber isolation mounted on a heavy duty chassis frame. The LJ-TSV 6 x 20 3 deck screen, known for its efficient, high g-force El-Jay® oval stroke motion handles heavy deck loads. The new design also features more steel in the “rock zone” for industry leading durability. The screen can be positioned at 0° or 2.5° to best fit the application. Patented deck deflector plate option increases capacity an additional 10%.

The Cedarapids® CRC320 cone plant is equipped with a TG320 cone crusher.

The Cedarapids® CRC380X cone plant is built for portability, especially for applications involving hard abrasive materials. This open circuit plant can be tied in with any portable crushing operation. They are commonly set up in secondary, tertiary, and quaternary crushing positions. The CRC380X is an all electric plant which can easily be tied into new or existing systems. CRC380X plants are available with a variety of options including feed conveyors and extra length undercrusher conveyors.

The CRC380XHLS plant is unmatched in productivity. Not only does this plant combine the high production MVP380X cone and the LJ-TSV6203 screen components but is unique in the industry with its High Lift Screen (HLS) and integrated flow buffering features. With these features, operators can take advantage of the cone’s and screen’s capabilities without needing to throttle back the feed for surges.
