The MJ400R is a great addition to the Modular Product Portfolio. The key to this product is the industry leading access built into the design of this modular crusher. It brings customers a well proven, cost effective and durable machine in a modular all-electric format with 'no crawl maintenance access' to the chamber. The MJ400R has the Terex TJ2844R single toggle jaw crusher with renowned hydraulic overload protection as standard. It has a fully galvanized steel structure including walkways, steps, guardrails and product conveyor and is CE compliant. This product is ideal for C & D recycling applications as well as quarries and mines and integrates well with established systems or working independently.

The Terex® MJ42 Modular Jaw Crusher features the rugged JW42 jaw for high production. Its hydraulically actuated wedge system allows closed-side settings to be made quickly and easily.

The MJ47 Modular Jaw Crusher is designed for large quarries or contractors that want a stationary type design without the complexity of a normal stick-built plant. The MJ47 module features the robust, 36" x 48" (914mm x 1219mm) Terex® Jaques ST47 jaw crusher. Other key features include the Simplicity® 51" x 24' (1.3 m x 7.3 m) heavy-duty double-deck vibrating grizzly feeder, and a large capacity truck dump hopper.

Designed around our proven, high-performance JW55 jaw crusher, the MJ55 Modular Jaw Crusher is designed for large quarries or contractors that want a stationary type design without the complexity of a normal stick-built plant. The modular structure can be transported in standard shipping containers plus a flat rack for the crusher and can be bolted together quickly on site with basic tools. The three configurations offered for the feed hopper allow for the optimum size to match up to the equipment that is being used to load the machine.

The MC1000 Modular Cone Crusher handles an all-in feed for continuous crushing. Its 40” (1000mm) cone has a full range of configurations for short and long throw. The all-roller bearing design delivers enhanced crushing efficiency. Set up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range. All of our modular crushers and modular screens bolt together on site and require minimal on-site wiring. Designed with logistics in mind, the MC1000 Cone Module, including all its components, can be transported in one container.

The MC320 cone module features the TG320 or optional TGS320 cone on the same universal base structure as the MC and MV Series modular lines. The all electric, pre-engineered solution can be easily transported in standard containers and can be bolted together onsite quickly with basic tools and minimal wiring. The galvanized steel structure includes oversize walkways, repositionable stairs and guard rails for safe access. Four plant emergency stops are placed conveniently around the platform for easy access during operation. The MC320 comes with standard crusher controls but can be optioned up with the addition of the CCM switchgear panel. Additional options include an overflow chute and off plant conveyor starter kit.

The MC380X cone module further extends the capabilities of the range. With the new Terex®Cedarapids MVP380X cone crusher, the MC380X boasts numerous features that increase productivity and ease of use. Major new enhancements include high-speed clearing of jammed material; quick crusher separation capability for faster manganese changes; and user-friendly computer controls enclosed in a weather-protected control panel.

The MC1150 offers a nominal cone head diameter of 45”(1150mm).It features a one-piece upper frame for all liner configurations, a no-hit concave and new mantle liner retention systems. Other enhancements include greater tramp clearance and increased clamp hold down pressure.

Our largest cone crusher module to date, the MC450X – featuring the Cedarapids MVP450X cone crusher – delivers increased tonnage, application capabilities and crushing efficiency.

Our MC1300 Cone Module has a 51” (1300mm) cone with full short and long throw configurations, and all-roller bearing design. The MV2000 Modular VSI features a high performance Canica VSI2000SD single drive vertical shaft impactor, powered by a 300 hp (224 kW) electric motor with soft start. This robust VSI is a vital tool for producing highly cubical products in small sizes and eliminating soft material.

The MHFS2618 features the Simplicity® FM Series two deck incline screen, specially engineered for fines material screening. With easy adjust variable slope and a bolt together, easy to build modular structure, the MHFS2618 can be up and running quickly, and efficiently.
